P's new dollhouse bed!

This is it! This is lil misses "princess bed", not the exact one but looks just like this. It can be used as either a bunkbed or we opted to have a full size bed below and a fun play area up top where you can find baby things and a princess vanity:) This little girl abolutely LOVES this thing and so does every other kid that has seen it and there have been quite a few! So fun! Yes, I am the mom that keeps her kids in their cribs forever:) but Im all about what works and whats easy. If it aint broke why fix it? ha! Both of my kids were shy of 3 when I retired the crib hee hee! Ryder was completely content in his and probably still would be had I not switched it:) Paisley before the age of 2 started to climb out of hers which almost gave me a nervous breakdown lol! I was soooo not ready for that one, so thank goodness when my complete and utter desperation realized the way my crib is I was able to take out the bars and drop the mattress to the floor:) whooo hooo! So I was saved! I will say the transitions have been so simple another one of my anxieties. Paisley has never gotten out of her bed and she has had the bed for about 3 weeks I really cant believe it! Ryder really never did either he went through a phase where he would but it wasn't a fight and then he finally told me he just wanted his door opened which solved that problem! Im a pretty lucky gal:)

Let me share the best part..... When I had decided to get this bed a few months ago I had some major changes aka getting prego;0 and all priorities flew out the window I was one hurt puppy, so sadly my babies bed went onto the back burner:( I had found a really good deal online with no tax and free shipping cant beat that right? So when I decided to finally bite the bullet I of course couldn't find my deal:( Everything I saw was around $1,300-1,400 ugh but guess what? I randomely checked craigslist which I did often and couldn't believe I found this bed for... drumroll please..................... $600 bones mattresses included (i opted not to take the twin) which mattresses I am always leery of but these really were in perfect condition not a spot on them and the peeps house was nice and clean lol! Have I mentioned I love craigslist? I know you have to be careful but man there are some great deals to be had:) Anyway there is my long bed story!:) Im gonna post more pics my camera died!
